"Mr. Shibu Cyriac is the Founder and Director responsible for Operations and Delivery at ProbePlus Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He brings over 20 years of industry experience across semiconductor systems, wired and wireless technologies, test automation, and enterprise-grade engineering operations.
He has built a distinguished career working with global technology leaders, including Broadcom, Juniper Networks, and other multinational engineering organizations, where he held senior technical and managerial roles. His professional background includes deep expertise in RF and wireless systems, semiconductor validation, embedded systems, and large-scale test automation frameworks.
Prior to founding ProbePlus, Mr. Cyriac served in leadership positions such as Senior Manager and Manager – RF/Wireless Engineering at Broadcom India Research Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for high-performance system validation, team leadership, and delivery of mission-critical engineering programs. His earlier roles at organizations such as Juniper Networks and Afila Tech India Pvt. Ltd. further strengthened his capabilities in systems testing, automation, and large-scale product delivery.
Mr. Cyriac co-founded ProbePlus Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2017 with the vision of building a technology-driven organization focused on high-quality engineering services and product development. Under his leadership, the Company initially established strong credentials in medical device testing, wireless systems validation, and test automation, which later became the foundation for its transition into healthcare software and remote patient monitoring solutions.
His strong background in test automation and system validation plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and robustness of the Company’s healthcare and remote patient monitoring solutions—an essential requirement in clinical and medical environments.
Mr. Cyriac holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and is widely regarded for his mature leadership style, execution focus, and ability to manage complex engineering programs and teams.
